Return Policy

WE DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS/RETURNS: in the likelihood that there is an issue, we will do our best to help resolve it. In the off chance we do accept an exchange to remake, modify or fix an item, the return shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense. Along, with the new shipping cost to ship back, which must be paid prior to shipping. Once payment is received for shipping an email will be sent with new tracking information.

Terms of Service

Turnaround time on all orders: All orders that contain items that are ready to ship will be shipped within 3 business days. Any items that are custom/ made to order are made on a first come, first serve basis. Most items will be made within 1-2 weeks, unless a different time frame is provided at the time of confirmation. Shipping these items will align with being shipped out as stated above after completion. The turnaround time does Not include Holidays.
